About Steph

Welcome! I’m Steph, the founder of Snatched with Steph LLC, and I’m excited to share my passion for fitness, health, and wellness with you.

By day, I’m a supply chain corporate baddie but have always had a passion for helping individuals on their journeys to becoming the healthiest versions of themselves.

I first stepped foot in a commercial gym when I was in middle school and was fortunate to have multiple personal trainers at different points in my life, all of which taught me different things. It was all of my experiences with personal trainers that helped me see the value and importance of having a personal trainer rather than going to the gym and doing random workouts, risking injury, and most importantly, not getting the results I wanted to see.

I've taken my positive and negative experiences with personal trainers to craft my unique style to deliver optimal value to my clients. I specialize in fat loss, muscle building, functional strength training, and cardiovascular training. My coaching style is high energy, motivational, and emphasizes form education. I believe working out should be an enjoyable experience, not a punishment for what you ate, and curate my training environments to be a challenging yet fun environment with good vibes that make you want to keep training with me.

I have experience with training clients individually and as a group fitness coach at multiple boutique fitness gyms, always providing a top notch experience. If you have any questions or would like to work with me to achieve your fitness goals together, I’d love to hear from you!
